• For your safety and ours, we wear masks and gloves for all home-buying appointments. 

• We use video conferencing instead of face-to-face meetings whenever possible.

• When video calls are not possible, we will practice social distancing during our home visit.​

• We will complete all paperwork electronically when possible.  This also enables us to expedite the process and close quickly.

We ask that you please notify us if you or anyone in your home is not feeling well or has a temperature, etc (or has within the past 14 days).  This is for the health and well-being of everyone involved.  We can reschedule or complete the process virtually.
